Join us for good eats and fellowship with your church family!
Please bring an entree or side dish to share. If your dish involves the use of a crockpot, we will have plug-in stations in the Commons prior to the service for you to use! Indoor and outdoor seating will be available - everyone is encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and/or tents!
In addition to our potluck, we're bringing back another round of the Great UPC Bake-Off featuring prizes for the winners of each category! Get baking, friends! We can't wait to see (and taste) what everyone creates. 🎂🥧🍪🍰
Below are the rules and guidelines:
Eligibility: The competition is open to all members of the church, regardless of age!
Categories: There will be four categories for the competition:
Cookies: All cookies are accepted in this category.
Cakes: All types of cakes and cupcakes are accepted in this category.

Judging criteria: Each category will have a first-place winner, judged on taste, appearance, and creativity. Taste and appearance will each be worth 40% of the overall score, while creativity will be worth 20%. The judges will take into account the quality of the ingredients, the texture and flavor of the baked good, its presentation, and any unique or interesting aspects of the recipe or technique used.
Disclosure: Participants must disclose any allergens that they may have used in their dessert.
Presentation: Participants must bring their baked goods to UPC the morning of April 14. Each entry must be accompanied by a label that includes the name of the baked good and a list of ingredients.
