What Are Life Groups?
Life Groups consist of 5-20 people who meet in homes or at the church. Most groups meet 3-4 times each month, along with some social events every now and then. Some groups eat meals together while others just do snacks or dessert. All groups are full of loving and welcoming people hoping to do life together.
Why Life Groups?
Life Groups are a place to help us become and make disciples who: 1) Connect relationally, 2) Grow spiritually, and 3) Serve intentionally.
1) CONNECT with other believers through authentic, gospel-centered, life-giving community and biblical “one-anothering." (1 Jn. 4:11; Rom. 12:10; 1 Thes. 3:12)
2) GROW towards spiritual maturity in Christ. (Eph. 4:12-16; Col. 1:28)
3) SERVE by intentionally using the gifts and resources God’s given you to know, love and serve your neighbor in Jesus' name where you live, work, learn and play. (Matt. 5:16; Gal. 5:14; 6:10; Col. 4:5-6; 1 Pet. 4:10-11)
Through these Life Groups we hope all will experience the type of Biblical community you can't get on a Sunday morning, connecting to life-giving relationships with other believers helping us grow spiritually and serve others.
