UPC is engaged in a campaign called Momentum, the goal of which is to create a culture of stewardship in our church. Through sermons, Sunday School curricula, and Financial Peace University, Momentum is our way of developing a new definition of "normal." We believe it is abnormal to be in debt up to our eyeballs, to live by the seat of our pants instead of by a budget, and to spend money we don't have on things we don't need. In this 5-week series of messages, Mike Osborne describes what good stewardship looks like: 1) Being content instead of covetous; 2) Being a saver instead of a spender; 3) Being a manager instead of a master of God's money; 4) Being sacrificial instead of selfish; and 5) Being committed instead of careless.
