Tuesday Evening:

REFIT - Led by Jill Howell

REFIT is a life-changing group fitness experience that rocks your body, heart, and soul with powerful moves and positive music. At REFIT, the heart is more than a muscle, a person is more than a body, and relationships are as important as results. Join us for a fun fitness community! No childcare is provided, however, kids 6+ are welcome to attend the group but must participate with a parent. 6:30-7:30 p.m., Sept. 10 – Dec. 10.

Wednesday Morning:

We Believe in the Holy Spirit (Video Lesson Series) - Led by Mary Carole Hall

Practically speaking, the Holy Spirit is the person of the Trinity who is most involved in our daily lives. But many Christians know far more about the Father and the Son than they do about the Spirit. Join us this fall as we gather together to discover the Holy Spirit's dynamic role and work in the world at large, in the church body, and in the daily lives of believers. 9:30 - 11:30 a.m., Sept. 4 – Nov. 20. Childcare provided. Cost of attendance: $45.

REFIT + Risen Motherhood - Led by Jill Howell & Kaitlin Wallace

Join us for 1 hour of REFIT + 1 hour of Risen Motherhood. 9:30 - 11:30 a.m., Sept. 4 – Nov. 20. Childcare provided. Cost of attendance: $45.

"Risen Motherhood - Gospel Hope for Everyday Moments": Maybe you think that Scripture doesn’t have much to say about the food you make for breakfast, how you view your postpartum body, or what school choice you make for your children. But a deeper look reveals that the Bible provides the framework for finding answers to your specific questions about modern motherhood. This book was written to help you understand and apply the truth of the gospel to common issues moms face so you can connect your Sunday morning faith to the Monday morning tantrum. Join us as we walk through the redemptive story and reveal how the gospel applies to your everyday life, bringing hope, freedom, and joy in every area of motherhood.

Wednesday Evening:

Biblical Femininity - Led by Kristin Deckert

If you desire to be in a group where you get in the Word, discuss hard issues in a safe place, but also have time to develop relationships with women, this is for you. Femininity, sexuality, gender, and roles are hot topics right now. Maybe you seek Biblical understanding for yourself, a daughter, or for women you are discipling. See what the Bible has to say as we read "Biblical Femininity" by Chrystie Cole. We will take 2 weeks to discuss each chapter so we have time to delve into scripture ourselves and connect with each other.  6:30 - 7:50 p.m., beginning Sept. 11. Cost of attendance: $25.

Thursday Morning:

Early Risers - Led by Sheri Penman

A new study will begin this fall. New members welcome! For more information, email group leader Sheri Penman.

Thursday Evening:

Freedom Collective (Women's Sexual Abuse Recovery Group) - Led by Chanda Griese & Jodi Sonne

As women who’ve been wounded seek healing from their trauma, UPC wants to provide a place of hope, healing, and redemption of our stories in Christ. Our 11-week guided study and support group is open to 8 participants per session. 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., Sept. 12 - Nov. 21. Childcare provided. Cost of attendance: $25 (limited scholarships available).
